Who I Help
Many of my clients struggle with:
- Intense or rapidly shifting emotions
- Fear of abandonment or unstable relationships
- Difficulty regulating anger, shame or anxiety
- A history of trauma or attachment wounds
- Feeling misunderstood, "too much", or chronically overwhelmed.
These challenges are often associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), complex trauma or emotional dysregulation.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach includes person-centered , trauma-informed Counseling with DBT skills incorporated.
I believe that therapy should be centered around you, emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based techniques to create a trusting and empowering therapeutic relationship.
I believe that emotional intensity is not a flaw - it is often the result of unmet needs, trauma or early relational experiences.
My work focuses on helping clients understand why patterns developed, while also learning how to change them.
Previous Experience
I hold a Master's of Science specializing in clinical therapy and individual counseling.
I have worked with diverse individuals facing various challenges such as mood disorders, personality disorders and substance use disorders.
